The client undertakes to provide truthful information about the condition of their equipment, facilitate access to the facilities at the agreed times, and comply with the payment conditions established in the corresponding budget. Any omission or incorrect data may modify the scope of the service and release Echmechanicalservices from resulting liabilities.
Echmechanicalservices will only be liable for work performed directly by its technical staff, within the framework of the signed contract. No liability is assumed for damages arising from improper use of the equipment by the client, unauthorized modifications, or operating conditions outside the recommended technical specifications. In no event shall the accumulated liability exceed the value of the contracted service.
Technical reports, plans, procedures, and any documentation generated during the provision of the service are the property of Echmechanicalservices, unless otherwise agreed. The client undertakes not to disclose sensitive technical information about the company's internal processes to third parties without prior written authorization.
These terms may be updated at any time. The current version will be published at this same address. Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes implies acceptance of them. In case of disagreement, the user must stop using the site and contact the legal department.
